Terms of Service
These terms apply when your organisation creates a workspace and uses the Service for forms, approval routes, AI workflow drafts, app connectors, task inboxes, audit trails and process reports. By signing up or using the Service you accept them on behalf of your organisation.
01Your workspace
A workspace belongs to the organisation that created it. The person who signs up becomes its first administrator and can invite users, set roles, build workflows and connect apps. Administrators are responsible for who has access and for the rules they publish.
02Accounts
- Each user needs their own login; do not share credentials
- Keep login details sent to you by email private
- Tell us promptly if you suspect someone has accessed your workspace without permission
- Users must be old enough to enter a contract where they live
03Plans and limits
The Local Train plan is free for up to 10 users and 5 workflows. Express and Rajdhani Class are paid plans priced per user per month, with the limits shown on the Our Plans page. If you go over a plan limit we will ask you to upgrade or reduce use; we will not delete data because a limit was reached.
04Fees and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly
- Users added during a billing period are charged pro rata for the rest of that period
- Prices exclude taxes such as GST, which are added where they apply
- If payment fails, we will remind you before limiting the workspace to free plan features
05Your data
Your organisation keeps all rights to its workspace data. You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only to provide the Service, including routing requests, sending approval links and running connector actions you set up. You can export your data at any time while your workspace is active.
06Approvals and AI drafts
Decisions made in the Service are made by your users. AI generated workflow drafts are suggestions; they take effect only after a user with the right role reviews and publishes them. Your organisation is responsible for checking that published workflows match its policies.
07Connected apps
When you connect a third party app, your use of that app stays subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for changes or outages in third party apps, though we will retry actions and notify the process owner when a connector fails.
08Availability
We work to keep the Service available at all times and schedule maintenance outside business hours in India where possible. Rajdhani Class includes a 99.9% monthly uptime commitment with service credits, described in the order for that plan.
09Acceptable use
You agree to follow the Acceptable Use policy. We may suspend access that puts the Service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
10Ending the service
You can close your workspace at any time from the admin settings. We may end these terms if they are seriously breached and not fixed within 30 days of notice. After closure you have 30 days to export data before it is deleted.
11Liability
The Service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any 12 month period is limited to the fees your organisation paid in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute.
