No more chasing
approvals.
Oxcod turns your requests and approvals into clear, automatic workflows. Build forms, set approval rules, describe a process in plain words and let AI draft it, connect your apps, and see exactly where every request is waiting.

Same request. Two very different journeys.
Most delays are not hard decisions. They are missing files, forwarded emails, approvers on leave, and nobody knowing who has the request right now.
Everything a request needs, from form to finish.
Each part of Oxcod handles one stage of the journey. Use them together, or start with forms and approvals and add the rest when you need it.
Every request starts with a form people actually finish.
Build forms for purchase requests, leave, travel, vendor onboarding, inspections and complaints by dragging fields onto a page. Required fields, file uploads and calculated totals mean approvers stop replying with "please send the quotation".
- Conditional sections. Show the "Travel advance" section only when the trip is outside the city. Hide what does not apply.
- Line items and totals. Add rows for each item with quantity and rate. Totals calculate themselves and feed the approval rules.
- Lookups from your apps. Pull vendors from accounting, employees from your HRMS and cost centres from a Google Sheet.
Move the amount. Watch the route change.
Finance sets the limits once. Every purchase request then goes to exactly the people it needs, no more and no fewer, and approvers who are on leave hand over to their delegate automatically.
- Rules by amount, department, request type and location
- Deadlines, reminders and escalation for every step
- Parallel reviews when Legal and Finance can work together
Explain the process once. Get a working draft.
Type the process the way you would explain it to a new colleague. The AI drafts the form, steps, approvers, conditions and app actions. You review every part and publish when it is right.
When a new vendor is added, finance checks GST, then legal checks the contract. If the contract is above ₹10 lakh, the CFO signs off. Then create the vendor in accounting.
Approvers act from wherever they already are.
The same decision, the same record, three ways to give it. Requesters see which step their request is on without sending a single follow-up.
Web and mobile app
One Task Inbox for every approval and task across workflows, sorted by deadline, with bulk approve for routine requests.
Email buttons
A short summary with Approve and Reject buttons inside the email. No login needed for that one decision.
WhatsApp links
A secure link that opens the request, its attachments and the decision buttons. It expires once used.
Approved requests do the next job on their own.
Create a purchase order, update an employee record, add a row to a sheet or message a channel the moment a step is approved. Each connection gets only the access it needs.
Processes teams move to Oxcod first.
Each one starts as a ready template with the form, approval route and app actions in place. Change any part to match how your organisation works.
Clear rules about who decides and who sees what.
People approve
AI drafts workflows from descriptions. Process owners publish them, and a person makes every approval.
Records cannot be edited
Every action is written to an append only audit trail with the person, time and channel.
Role based access
People see only the requests, fields and reports their role allows.
Least access connections
Each app connection asks only for what the workflow uses and can be removed at any time.
Encrypted, never sold
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold or used for advertising.
Single sign-on
Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID sign-in, with advanced roles on Rajdhani Class.

Connect Team01Do we need developers?
No. Most workflows are point and click. Describe the process to the AI Workflow Builder, adjust the draft, and publish. IT teams can use webhooks and the REST API when they want to go further.
02Does AI approve requests?
No. People approve every request. The AI drafts workflows from your description, and a process owner reviews and publishes them.
03Can approvers use WhatsApp?
Yes. Approvers can get a secure link on WhatsApp that opens a summary of the request with Approve and Reject buttons. The action is recorded in the audit trail like any other.
04Does it connect to Tally and Zoho?
Yes. Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Zoho People and Zoho CRM are ready connectors, along with QuickBooks, Xero, Keka, HubSpot, Gmail, Outlook, Google Sheets, Slack and Microsoft Teams.
05Is there an audit trail?
Yes, for every request on every plan. Each submission, approval, comment, file and automatic action is recorded with the person, time and channel, and the log cannot be edited.
06How long does setup take?
A first workflow such as leave or purchase requests usually goes live the same day. Larger rollouts with several connected apps typically take one to three weeks, and our team helps on paid plans.
