App Connectors

Approved requests do the next job on their own.

Connect Oxcod to the apps you already use. When a request is approved, it can create a purchase order in accounting, update an employee in your HRMS, add a row to a sheet, message a channel or email a vendor, without anyone copying data across.

How it works

Three stops to get it running.

01

Connect an app

Sign in to the app from Oxcod and approve only the access the workflow needs.

02

Add an action to a step

Pick "Create purchase order" or "Add row" and map form fields to the app fields.

03

It runs on approval

Each action runs at the right step, retries if the app is down, and is logged in the audit trail.

What you get

Built for the way requests really move.

Every capability below is part of App Connectors, configured with point and click.

AC-01

Accounting

Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks and Xero. Create vendors, purchase orders, bills and journal entries.

AC-02

HR and people

Keka, Zoho People, greytHR and BambooHR. Read managers and departments, update leave balances.

AC-03

CRM and sales

HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho CRM. Approve discounts and push the result back to the deal.

AC-04

Messaging

WhatsApp Business, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail and Outlook for approval links and updates.

AC-05

Data and files

Google Sheets, Excel Online, Google Drive and OneDrive for logs, reports and stored attachments.

AC-06

Your own systems

Webhooks on Express, and a REST API on Rajdhani Class, for internal tools, ERPs and anything without a ready connector.

Least access

Each connection gets only what it needs.

When you connect an app, Oxcod asks for the narrowest access that the workflow uses. You can see the access of every connection on one page and remove it at any time.

  • Per connection access list, visible to admins
  • Disconnect in one click, workflows pause safely
  • Failed actions retry and alert the process owner

Questions

About App Connectors.

01Does it connect to Tally and Zoho?

Yes. Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Zoho People and Zoho CRM are available as ready connectors.

02What if our app is not listed?

Use webhooks on Express, or the REST API and custom connectors on Rajdhani Class. You can also ask our team about adding a connector.

03Can we remove a connection later?

Yes, at any time. Workflows that use it pause and the process owner is told which steps need attention.
